Recognised for its commitment to nurturing talent, Sunseeker offers industry-leading training and development opportunities through its early careers programme, which has been a cornerstone of the marine manufacturing sector for over half a century. The company’s apprenticeship and graduate training initiatives have cultivated some of the finest talent in the industry, paving the way for future leaders and technical experts.

In a bid to address national skills shortages, Sunseeker pioneered the Sunseeker Skills Academy in collaboration with Bournemouth and Poole College, offering a fully paid, intensive 15-month engineering programme aimed at aspiring marine professionals.
