Initially a one-person operation, Talk Think Do has expanded into a robust team of 34 professionals over the past eight years. Capitalising on market opportunities, Matt and his team have transformed the company into a multi-million-pound enterprise, witnessing a remarkable revenue increase of over 1000%, soaring from £267,000 in 2018 to £3.4-million in 2023. Additionally, the company's specialised engineering team has more than doubled in size.
Collaborating with a diverse array of brands such as Explore Learning, Hodder Education, Livestock Information, and The Third Space Group, Talk Think Do has established a strong presence across sectors. Since 2017, the company has been a trusted supplier to the Crown Commercial Service, gaining access to a range of public sector projects, including those under DEFRA's Livestock Information Limited.
The company’s achievements include attaining Microsoft Gold Partner status in 2020 and Microsoft Solutions Partner status in 2022, along with obtaining ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations. Moreover, Talk Think Do became a GitHub Technology Partner in 2022. In a significant milestone, the team secured a position on the UK Government’s G-Cloud 13 framework in 2022, providing cloud-based computing services to public sector clients, encompassing hosting, software, and support solutions.
