Founded SALINE Business Services in 2014 to commercialise disruptive technologies and grow existing businesses operating within the marine, civil engineering and renewable energy sectors. Worked extensively within the marine energy and offshore wind sectors supporting supply chain development and business support programs throughout East Anglia. Relocated to Dorset from Suffolk in 2018. Launched SALINE Ventures in 2023 to bring a wealth of experience within investor readiness and management programs to start-ups and disruptors. I have a passion for bringing economic growth and regeneration to Dorset, leveraging huge opportunity within renewable energy, nature recovery and decarbonisation.
